It may be March but rumor has it we'll have another foot of snow by the end of tomorrow night. I'm not gonna lie, I hate spring. Seriously. It is my LEAST favorite season because it is such a tease. I know, it's not technically spring *yet* but don't tell me your thoughts automatically go to that season as soon as March 1st rolls around.
But, enough with that negativity! Let's focus on these two who wrapped up my February.
We met for beers before their session at Big Slide Brewery. With Presidents' Week wrapping up, the place was mobbed and while Nicole and I nabbed two barstools, Jeremy was forced to stand and by jostled by the endless crowds surging in and out of the place. Although we had FaceTimed during their booking process, meeting before their engagement photos was a way to get to know one another more and break the ice.
And guys. Wait until you hear their story. I'm saving it for their wedding blog post but trust me, it'll be worth the wait!
These two (and their dog) ran around Lake Placid with me -- running through snowless fields (in February, no less), exploring pine-laden trails, and skating across the slushy ice on Mirror Lake. All in all, a perfect winter session full of lots of adventure, laughter, and PDA.
